Fils de D takes up the myth of Christ, turning him into a post-modern, pseudo-science fiction character: he is a seductive athletic surfer, an idolised singer resuscitated from a deep coma, a corrupt politician and a manipulative guru. On stage, six television screens broadcast videos by Xavier Déranlot and Julien Herrault that the play’s author calls “full-on post-Dadaist”.
